SY 2022-2023 Liko Lehua Award Winners

May. 18, 2023

Each year, the Liko Lehua award is given to the top male and female high school student that is currently within the top 10% of their class. Symbolized by the new growth of the ʻōhiʻa tree, which represents our haumāna at our Hawaiʻi Campus, this recognition is given to two students from each class, who have best represented the academic standards and ethical values of Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi.

Students that are selected have demonstrated good character, and have contributed willingly of themselves to their classmates and their school community. Nominations and selections were made by members of the entire high school faculty and staff. Each awardee is presented a very special pin, which is one of the few that can be worn at graduation.

For the school year 2022-2023, the Liko Lehua Award recipients are:

Class of 2023 –
Kaʻōlapaolilikoikalā Masuko and Nāpualaʻikū Ho
