All Ke Kula ʻo Kamehameha campuses, preschools and offices across the pae ʻāina are scheduled to be open and resume regular operations tomorrow, Monday, March 23.
These decisions were made following improved weather conditions and continued coordination with government and emergency officials, with the safety and well-being of our haumāna, kumu and staff as our priority.
Our K-12 campuses will continue Spring Break operations, with haumāna and kumu not reporting to school. Individual campuses and sites will continue sharing any site-specific updates directly with their stakeholders, including any adjustments to programs or operations.
We recognize the catastrophic damage many of our communities have endured due to these storms and hold those affected close in our thoughts. In moments like this, we are reminded of our kuleana to one another and the strength of our lāhui when we come together.
Mahalo for your understanding and flexibility during this time. Please continue to stay informed through trusted weather updates, mālama your ʻohana, and support your communities as we move forward together.
E mālama pono.
