Serge Krivatsy has been named director of planning & development within KS’ Commercial Real Estate Division. He grew up in Hawai‘i and has been active in the local real estate market since 1991.

Krivatsy’s background covers an array of disciplines including project management, development, financing, valuation, acquisitions, leasing and operations. He was responsible for the oversight of The Howard Hughes Corporation’s major mixed-use project consisting of retail, office and residential uses in Kaka‘ako.
