It's that time of year to re-enroll your keiki for next school year. Mahalo for being a part of our kauhale.

Re-enrollment for the 2023-2024 School Year now open

Apr. 5, 2023

We look forward to welcoming your keiki back to Kamehameha Hawaiʻi in the 2023-2024 school year! The moʻokūʻauhau, moʻolelo, and uniqueness that each haumāna and their ʻohana bring is what makes our kula special. We mahalo you for continuing to choose Kamehameha Hawaiʻi for the precious and sacred kuleana of guiding your keiki’s educational journey.

Kamehameha Hawaiʻi offers a unique educational experience that exemplifies the traditions, mindsets, and values of Ke Aliʻi Pauahi and her chiefly lineage. Our commitment to offering a robust academic program and co-curricular opportunities that allow students to explore their passions is matched by our dedication to ensuring the safety, health and well-being of our students.

Please complete the re-enrollment process by April 30, 2023.

By now, you should have received an email from our Infinite Campus system with the relevant links. But just in case, we’ve included that information, and a reminder about our next year school calendar below.

To help you navigate Infinite Campus for re-enrollment, Kamehameha Schools’ Enterprise Technology has put together a webpage with links and resources to go through the process step-by-step. Included on that page are a welcome letter with next year’s tuition rates, the re-enrollment checklist, frequently asked questions for Finance, bus transportation application, and instructions on how to update Infinite Campus.

Find the Infinite Campus app when logging in using the KS ʻOhana portal.

If you are experiencing any issues, you can also contact your keiki’s unit office for additional kōkua.

As part of the re-enrollment, Mālama Ola has also compiled a webpage with a link to the forms needed to be completed for returning students. Find the letter and checklist for your haumāna’s grade level on this page.

Find instructions on how to update your keiki's Moʻomōʻali Olakino Electronic Health Record (EHR), and relevant forms if your child may need to take or have medication available on-campus, or a physical evaluation form for those entering certain grade levels or participating in athletics next year. Medical clearance will need to be completed by June 1, 2023.

When communicating with the health room, it is best to send messages and forms through the Moʻomōali Olakino Electronic Health Record (EHR) app via the KS ʻOhana portal. Doing so will allow health room staff to better find the right information needed to support you.

As a reminder, the 2023-2024 school year calendar is now available on our website. The school year will start on August 1, 2023 and ends on May 22, 2024, with Commencement scheduled for May 25. The ‘23-’24 school year will also feature a full two week Spring Break. The calendar may be subject to adjustments, so you may also find additional dates and events on our campus website.

We encourage parents to use the school calendar when planning vacations and trips for your keiki. Please consult your keiki's Student and Parent Handbook to determine excused and unexcused absences since student attendance at school is very important to your keiki and their kumu

As always, if you have questions, concerns or manaʻo, please consult with your unit office or email us at
