Since 1956, the prestigious Order of Ke Aliʻi Pauahi Award has been the highest and most distinguished award given to those who exemplify the vision of Kamehameha Schools founder Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

The award recognizes leaders who have made extraordinary contributions to the Hawaiian community. Past award recipients include Partners in Development Foundation Co-Founder Jan Dill and Native Hawaiian educator Kū Kahakalau.

The Pauahi Foundation and KS are accepting online nominations through Feb. 7, for the following awards:

Order of Ke Ali‘i Pauahi Award – Bestowed upon living individuals who have exemplified the vision and values of Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Order of Ke Ali‘i Pauahi Legacy Award – Posthumously honors an individual whose life’s work also exemplified the vision and values of Princess Pauahi.

The winners will be honored at an awards celebration in May. For details, visit the Order of Ke Aliʻi Pauahi Award web page or contact KS Advancement Events Manager Kanoe Vares at 534-8021 or javares@ksbe.edu.
