Make Music Day on ʻĀina Pauahi

Celebrate worldwide on June 21

Jun. 15, 2023

Make Music Day is a worldwide music celebration held every year on June 21 in over 1,000 cities and 120 countries. Every kind of musician — young and old, amateur and professional, of every musical persuasion — pours onto streets, parks, plazas, and porches to share their music with friends, neighbors, and strangers.

Make Music Hawaiʻi is a music platform of live events, programs, virtual events and live streams, founded to elevate Hawaiʻi’s music, hula, and unique cultural assets statewide, nationally and globally. This year, Hawaiʻi will celebrate Make Music Day with events on Maui, Oʻahu, Lānaʻi, Molokaʻi, Hawaiʻi Island, and Kauaʻi.
