April 21, 2022

Our kula is so happy and proud to announce and congratulate seniors Montana Lagat and Sean Serville as the valedictorian and salutatorian of Kiaʻiahuliāmahi, Kamehameha Hawaiʻi’s Class of 2022!

Joined by their ʻohana, their counselors, HS and school leaders, the tradition of saying hoʻomaikaʻi and expressing the joy and excitement for their bright futures took place this morning. These two exemplary haumāna represent the finest ideals of Ke Aliʻi Pauahiʻs vision in creating Kamehameha Schools, and we are humbled to be a part of their journey and look forward to seeing all that they will do in the future in service to their kaiāulu and larger lāhui.

Hoʻomaikaʻi e Montana a me Sean! I Mua!

Sean was joined by mom, Debbie and girlfriend and fellow senior Iliana Keawe-Olivera for this special announcement.

Montana had her mom and dad, Kaimi and Paul for the celebration.

Hoʻomaikaʻi to both of these wonderful haumāna and their ʻohana!
