Kamehameha Schools Maui Associate Athletic Director Mahina Hannemann-Gago has joined an elite group of interscholastic administrators after being named a certified master athletic administrator under the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA). She earned the distinction for her contributions to KS and ongoing professional development efforts.

The voluntary certification process included an extensive evaluation of candidates’ educational background, experience, NIAAA leadership courses and professional contributions.
