KS Hawaiʻi senior creates a special hoodie for her legacy project

Nov. 28, 2022

For her senior legacy project, Hiʻiakaikawaiola senior Savanna Colliado partnered with Warrior Printing to create a limited edition hoodie with a deeper meaning, all as a fundraiser for the Class of 2023’s graduation night activities. The special design is named ʻIwa Iakeke.

"The design on my hoodie proudly announces the lahui we represent, Kamehameha Schools Hawai'i, the 'iwa birds on the sleeves represent guidance and moving upward and onward to our bright future, and the star compass on the back represents a guide for reaching our destination," shares Colliado. "As our Hawaiian ancestors before us paved paths, we the next generation will continue the journey.

"All proceeds from the sales of the 'Iwa lakeke will go towards the Class of 2023 graduation night account to be able to provide a celebration that is so deserved."

Warrior Printing has set-up a pre-order online store & the store will close December 7th - 8am HST.

Please contact Warrior Printing at 808-204-4540 or info@warriorprintinghawaii.com if you have any questions or concerns.
