KS’ Communications team was recognized at the recent Public Relations Society of Hawaiʻi Koa Anvil Awards. A Koa Anvil Award of Excellence was presented in the “Issues Management: Associations/Non-Profit Organizations” category for Senior Communications Strategy Consultant Crystal Kua’s handling of “Action on KS Kalalau lands.”
Two Koa Anvil Awards went to the “Moananuiākea Documentary World Premiere” in the categories of “Marketing Consumer Products: Other” and “Multicultural Public Relations: Associations/Government/Non-Profit Organizations.” The project was led by KS’ Interim Communications Director Elizabeth Ahana in collaboration with Bennet Group Strategic Communications and ʻŌiwi TV.
