Over 5,400 haumāna, grades K-12, will begin the 2015-16 school year at the Kamehameha Schools Hawai‘i, Kapālama and Maui campuses in early August.

Kamehameha Schools Maui will start first, opening on Monday, August 3. The KS Hawai‘i campus begins its school year on Wednesday, August 5, with KS Kapālama opening the following week. On Tuesday, August 11, KS Kapālama students in grade 7 and 9, along with other new invitees, will begin the 2015-16 school year, while all other KSK students report for their first day on Wednesday, August 12.

All three campuses will go into Winter Break on December 21, returning back for the second semester at various times in early January. They then all end the school year in late May, with commencement ceremonies being held on May 28, for KS Hawai‘i and KS Maui, and May 29, for KS Kapālama.

This year, many success stories from the three campuses will be shared online through the I Mua Kamehameha page, along with others that will be shared via the KS social media channels with the hashtag #imuakamehameha.
