Serge Krivatsy has been named senior director of Planning and Development within Kamehameha Schools’ Commercial Real Estate Division (CRED).
Krivatsy has an extensive background covering an array of disciplines, including development, project management, financing, valuation, acquisitions, leasing, and operations. His 30-plus years of commercial real estate experience includes founding or co-founding several local real estate companies and stints with OliverMcMillan, MW Group Ltd., and Medusky & Co., Ltd.
“I’m excited to see Serge step into this role as he has been an instrumental and important member of our team,” said Walter Thoemmes KSK’84, KS’ CRED managing director. “He’s a strong leader, and with his knowledge in this industry, he will enhance our strategic vision for our projects, enhancing thriving communities.”
Krivatsy will lead the planning and development projects for KS’ commercial properties and master-planned communities, creating and strengthening development strategies that advance our educational mission.
Krivatsy started at KS in 2019 as director of Planning and Development with kuleana for market areas, including Maunalua, Heʻeia, and Our Kakaʻako. Last year, Krivatsy successfully led KS through an extension and amendment request from the Hawaiʻi Community Development Authority for Increment II of KS’ Kaiāulu ʻo Kakaʻako Master Plan. In addition to Our Kakaʻako, he currently oversees Keawalau, Keauhou Bay, and Kāʻonohi.

Born and raised on O‘ahu, Krivatsy graduated from Punahou School and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s Shidler College of Business. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Hawai‘i. During his free time, Krivatsy enjoys surfing, paddling, and spending time with his family.
