Ke Ala I Ka Palapala Laepua highlighted by ASU

Kamehameha Schools Hawaii Campus is redefining college readiness through its partnership with ASU Prep Digital and Accelerate ASU #dualenrollment program. Students can earn up to 60 college credits while in high school—all while staying deeply connected to their Hawaiian identity through the “Ke Ala I Ka Palapala Laepua” or “Pathway to Bachelor’s” program.

Since the program’s launch, participation has grown by 300%, showing the transformative impact of combining culturally relevant education with rigorous academics. From rewarding family involvement to personalized career pathways, Kamehameha students are building confidence, gaining skills and stepping into college ready to thrive.
