Jonathan "Duff" Janus named director of planning & development

Jonathan “Duff” Janus has been selected as director of planning & development within KS’ Commercial Real Estate Division. He was raised in Hawai‘i, and recently served as a director on Alexander & Baldwin’s investment team.

While at Alexander & Baldwin, Janus was directly involved in the off-market acquisition of over $255 million in commercial real estate assets in Hawai‘i and managed the company's sales and development efforts at the 179-acre Maui Business Park II in Kahului, Maui.
