How to register for Kula Kauwela 2023 in Infinite Campus

A tutorial has been created to help parents and students register for summer courses.

Hauʻoli makahiki hou! We hope that everyone had a safe and restful break and are looking forward to the new year!

Kula Kauwela registration for current Kamehameha Hawaiʻi students opens next week Tuesday, so we want to give ʻohana and haumāna more information on how they will utilize their Infinite Campus portal to register for summer school courses.

A detailed tutorial has been put together to walk parents or students through the process of how to register for a summer course via Infinite campus.

This tutorial was designed to make the new registration process clear and easy to follow so it does not impact a student’s ability to register for available courses. On Tuesday, January 17 after 8 a.m. (or when the grade level registration window opens), parents or students can login to their Infinite Campus portal via ohana.ksbe.edu and submit their registration.

The 2023 Kauwela catalog of courses is available now on our Kauwela website. Remember to sign-up right when your registration window opens for the best chance at getting the course you want. Currently enrolled students are given the same priority registration and/or seats as they have in the previous years.

Students who do not currently attend KS should continue to apply via ksbe.edu/apply. Applications are being accepted now.

KAUWELA REGISTRATION DATES

High school does use a staggered registration window for its courses, so here is when registration will open based on the students CURRENT grade level.

Grades K-7 and 11 - Tuesday, January 17
Grade 10 - Monday, January 23
Grade 9 - Monday, January 30
Grade 8 - Monday, February 6

Registration/Application period will close on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
