Please stay safe everyone. Precautions being taken due to the incoming weather system.
Based on the latest guidance from Hawaiʻi County Civil Defense and KS enterprise leadership, Kamehameha Hawaiʻi will be closed tomorrow, Friday, March 13, due to the approaching weather system impacting Hawaiʻi Island.
This closure includes all campus operations, programs, and activities scheduled for tomorrow and through the weekend.
Our leadership team will continue to monitor conditions and will provide an update over the weekend regarding campus operations and the reopening of school next week.
The safety and well-being of our haumāna and campus community remain our highest priority. We encourage all of our ʻohana to stay safe, remain attentive to weather conditions, and take the necessary precautions for your families and homes.
Mahalo for your understanding and partnership as we navigate these conditions together.
