Summer School

Kamehameha Schools provides meaningful educational opportunities for learners to explore their potential and develop as ‘ōiwi leaders. This summer we are excited to offer fun and enriching experiences that will allow students to engage and learn through a diverse selection of courses.

Program dates

GRADES 1 - 6: June 14 - July 16, 2027

Morning classes are 7:45 - 11:45 a.m.
Afternoon care provided by YMCA. Information will be sent via email in early April.

GRADES 7 - 8: June 14 - July 16, 2027

Morning classes are 7:45 - 11:45 a.m.
2-hour classes are scheduled from 8:00 - 9:50 a.m. and 10:10 - 11:45 a.m.
Afternoon classes are from 11:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

GRADES 9 - 12: June 14 - July 23, 2027

Morning classes are 7:35 - 11:45 a.m.
2-hour classes are scheduled from: 7:35 - 9:30 a.m. and 9:50 - 11:45 a.m.

2027 YMCA Summer Afterschool Program

YMCA will be extending their after-school program through the summer of 2027 for students entering grades 1-6 and registered in summer school. The YMCA will be on-site from 11:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday during the summer session (June 14 - July 16). Information about the program will be provided to 'ohana whose students are invited to Summer School.
