Eric Sonnenberg, Vice President and General Counsel

Led by Vice President and General Counsel Eric Sonnenberg, the Legal Group’s organizational structure is undergoing review to ensure that it will be positioned to provide legal and tax support to each Group’s organization.  Any changes to this group’s organizational structure will be announced later this year. Currently, the Legal Group provides legal and tax counsel to all KS units through its Education, Endowment, Trust and Tax Administration, Compliance and Litigation areas.
