Big dreams start small

Our preschool program across the pae ‘āina helps our youngest haumāna gain the confidence to dream of how they’ll create a brighter tomorrow. Our preschools are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, which recognizes early childhood programs that meet national standards of quality requirements. Through Hawaiian culture-based education we offer learning experiences in an environment that is safe, enriching and enjoyable. By connecting our keiki to their culture and language, we lay a foundation for future success.

ʻOhana from the Kamehameha Schools Preschools Waiʻanae I Region proudly joined in a parade in Kapolei honoring Prince Jonah Kūhiō Kalanianaʻole. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, the Hawaiian Civic Clubs, the establishment of Hawaiʻiʻs county governments, and so much more. As keiki learn about Prince Kūhiō, they come to understand how ʻōiwi leadership can make positive impacts that affects the lāhui for generations. #AinaPulapula #PrinceKuhio #ImuaKamehameha #Kapolei #OiwiLeadership

Nā Waihoʻoluʻu 🌈 He mele liʻiliʻi, he moʻolelo nui In this simple duet, a mother and daughter sing the color song in Hawaiian. 🎶 This special moment captures how our language is lovingly passed from one generation to the next, along with it the hope that our ʻōlelo will live forever. 💛 #MahinaOleloHawaii #Bingo #IGReelsChallenge #OleloHawaii #Eola
