Sister canoes Hōkūleʻa and Hikianalia together in Tahiti for the first time since they parted in 2015.

ʻAnatahuʻataʻatametuatetupumāvae, a youth delegation of 15 KS Kapālama students, will represent Hawaiʻi during important ceremonies while in Tahiti.

Hōkūle‘a, Hikianalia, and their crews were welcomed by the Mahina community in Tahiti.

Students get to explore Tahiti, seeing first-hand what they had researched in the lead up to this journey. Watch and read their daily reflections here: http://raiatea2017.weebly.com/.
