About me

I am a Capricorn, and don't necessarily like talking about myself. But for the sake of this profile, here goes:- I love my wife, my sons, my dogs, my school and my haumana with every fiber of my being. - My Beautiful Bride is an Oncology RN at Kapiolani Medical center. I love her and love the fact that she helps these women who are going through so much. - We met at UH at a party . . . you want more info, you'll have to ask me one day. - Boy 1 lives in Missouri with his fiance, and is living his best life. Love him and am so proud of him. - Boy 2 (KS 2014), graduated from UO (go Ducks) and is currently working with a local marketing firm. Love him and so proud. - Boy 3 is about to graduate from Pearl City High School (go Chargers) and is attached to his mother. Love him & so proud. - I am a proud KS graduate of the class of 1989. I was a boarder from Big Island (I hate when people call it Hawai'i island) - I have done a few short films that played at HIFF. - I was on Wheel of Fortune in 1995 - I donated bone marrow to a young lady in 1996. Because of privacy laws, I have no idea how she's doing. - I have acted in local theater (Lisa Matsumoto's plays). - I love to sing (in my head I'm amazing, LOL). - I love everything Disney, Bacon and the Denver Broncos (even when they suck). - I love to cook, and I think I'm pretty good at it. I didn't build this body off of fruits and vegetables. - I have coached our school's paddling team for many years. It was hard to throw in the towel, but it became too much. - I am from Panaewa homestead in Hilo and very proud to be from Moku o Keawe. - I think I'm hilarious . . . - My love language is doing other things for other people. - I am grateful to still have my Mom & Dad and Bio-Dad still with me. They center my universe. - I think I am loyal, helpful, honest, friendly, fun, passionate, caring, a good dad and a great husband. - Nearly my entire life has been centered around fulfilling Pauahi's mission, and I could not be prouder to have been given the opportunity to do so.Wow, that was weird to list all of that.

Kamehameha Schools’ policy is to give preference to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
