As our high school celebrates its Winter Week (Dec. 10-13), the donation drive for Tuesday's Toys for Tots theme is being extended till next Tuesday, December 18 due to demand.
Final collection will now be next week Tuesday (12/18). Drop your donation off outside of the Student Life classroom in Kekuʻiapoiwa and put some bright smiles on children’s faces this Christmas season!
Winter Week at Kula Kiʻekiʻe is a fun and festive opportunity for students and kumu to show their spirit and celebrate the holiday season. Classes can earn spirit points for the 2018-19 Spirit Paddle to be awarded at the close of I Mua Week in February.
The themes for each day of Winter Week are as follows:
Monday (12/10): CHRISTMAS MORNING
Tuesday (12/11): TOYS FOR TOTS
Wednesday (12/12): BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE!
Thursday (12/13): HOLIDAY SPIRIT!
Aloha Kalikimaka!
Winter Week Commissioner Abby Alvaro-Thomas announced the toy drive extension on Tuesday.
Bring an unwrapped toy to the donation box outside of the Student Life classroom in Kekuʻiapoiwa.
As part of the Toys for Tots theme, students were encouraged to dress as their favorite holiday characters.
