The annual Kamehameha Schools Workplace Giving campaign is underway through the end of the month! Mahalo to our student leaders who lent their voices to why giving is so important. Each year, Kamehameha Schools dedicates the month of October to its annual Workplace Giving Campaign — “He Makana Ke Aloha. Love and Compassion are Special Gifts.” We do so to honor the generosity and compassion of our founder, Ke Ali‘i Pauahi.

Donating is easy. Faculty and staff can even use our NEW Payroll Deduction Online Donation Form to give to one or more of our recipient organizations (make sure to use either Firefox or Chrome web browsers). If hardcopy forms are preferred, packets are available on the 2nd floor of the Pauahi Admin. Building. For details on all of our donation options, see these step-by-step instructions.

This year, our activities week coincides with our campus' Pauahi Week celebration. In that spirit, we join with our student's efforts to raise funds for the Pauahi Foundation, one of our Workplace Giving beneficiary organizations. Mahalo to student activities for allowing us to continue to sell these bands.

If you haven't already had a chance, wristband sales will continue through the week if you would like to participate in special theme dress days with jeans. See the poster below for theme days. Wristbands can be purchased at Building 23 via Ella Yasso or Tamar Villaruz or at Building 19, 2nd floor via Shaun Chillingworth. Wristbands are $2 and feature poignant words from the statement of appreciation.

On Thursday, October 17, senior class president Salesi Haunga will be hosting a Teapresso Sale during the lunch period 11:03 - 12:03 p.m. at Keawe Dining Hall.

16 ounce Teapresso will be sold at the following prices:

  • $5 (No Boba)
  • $6 (With 2 Add on of Boba)

Cash only. Net proceeds of all sales will be donated to Pauahi Foundation.
