On November 18, Moananuiākea, a documentary on the worldwide voyage of Hōkūleʻa, makes its world premiere on the prestigious closing night of the Hawaiʻi International Film Festival.

ʻŌiwi TV’s documentary film tells the story of the Mālama Honua Worldwide Voyage of legendary canoe Hōkūleʻa. As education sponsor during the voyage, Kamehameha Schools is a key partner in support of this film coming alongside the filmmakers to launch its world premiere and share the value it presents to the education and Hawaiian communities.
