For their Fall 2019 musical, Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi Hōʻike A Haʻi will present THE WIZ – a modern retelling of The Wizard of Oz.

A beloved Broadway gem, The Wiz infuses L. Frank Baum's The Wonderful Wizard of Oz with a dazzling mix of rock, gospel, and soul music. This timeless tale of Dorothy's adventures through the Land of Oz is a fun, family-friendly, modern musical and is a popular show for audiences of all ages. Adapted into a film version featuring Michael Jackson and Diana Ross.

Three performances are scheduled – Nov. 14, 15 and 16 at 7 p.m. in Lunalilo Hale.

Tickets are just $5 and can be purchased after-school at the high school office or at the door on the evening of the performance.
