Improving the parent and guardian experience when applying their keiki to KS was an important factor that went into developing a new optimized ʻohana experience showcased within the Admissions Application ʻOhana Portal.

The new centralized, mobile-optimized platform offers a user-friendly ʻohana experience, a one-stop shop for managing one to multiple applications and helps families stay connected to important information. Families can track their application progress, upload and manage document requirements through a checklist, and sign-up for admissions events with ease. Prior to applying or while checking on their keiki's application status, ʻohana can engage in a live chat feature to address immediate questions regarding the admissions process.

The ʻOhana Portal is a new, user-friendly centralized online application system for the 2022-2023 school year. It provides families up-to-date information on the status of their application requirements whether they are applying for a K-12 campus program, preschool and/or a summer learning opportunity.
