Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi is pleased to present its school calendar for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. We encourage ʻohana to use the school calendar when planning vacations and other activities for your keiki.

Please consult your Student and Parent Handbook to understand the guidelines regarding excused and unexcused absences since student attendance at school is very important for the success of your keiki and their kumu.

Some highlights include - 

• The first day of school is Thursday, August 1.
• Fall Break will run from October 7-11, with a teacher workday on Monday, October 14. Students return on Tuesday, October 15. 
• Students will return from Winter Break on Tuesday, January 7. (Winter Break will run December 20 - January 3, with a teacher workday on January 6)
• Spring Break will be from March 17-26, 2025.
• The final day of school next year is May 21, 2025 with the Class of 2025, Kaʻiwahoʻokelewaʻa, Commencement ceremony scheduled for May 24.

Re-enrollment for next year through the Infinite Campus portal will take place in April. 

Please understand that unanticipated events may require changes to the school calendar. Find additional dates and events on the individual division school calendars posted to our campus website at www.ksbe.edu/hawaii. When updated, the latest K-12 school calendar will also be posted in the Resources for Parents and Students section of our Hawaiʻi Campus home page.
