ALOHA Kakaʻako

March 2, 2021

During the month of February, illuminated 4-foot-high letters spelling the word “AL♡HA” were on display at SALT at Our Kakaʻako to encourage aloha, gratitude and positivity during these challenging times.

From families to four-legged friends, many shared their own sentiments of aloha to the art display by writing messages on “Share AL♡HA” postcards and hanging them on the fence at The BARN to create a visual “wall of love.”

“Kamehameha Schools is committed to the survival and success of our tenants and our communities, because as we all succeed, together we will recover and thrive from the impacts of this pandemic,” said Gary Evora, KS Commercial Real Estate senior asset manager. “This message of aloha along with the innovational artwork in Our Kakaʻako is meant to inspire, uplift and energize this progressive and innovative community.”
