In an effort to provide unique opportunities to bring our alumni ‘ohana together, Kamehameha Schools Alumni Relations hosted its annual Alumni Song Contest Viewing Party on at Waiwai Collective—a contemporary gathering space created by partners  in partnership by KS alumni Mahina Paishon Duarte and Keoni Lee, and Jamie Makasobe.

Over 120 alumni experienced the sights and sounds of this year’s Song Contest on large-screen TVs throughout the venue while enjoying an ʻono menu consisting of Hale Kealoha’s kalo poke, fresh poke salad, hōʻiʻo salad, kalo chicken, turkey ʻulu sliders, and chips with kalo ʻulu hummus.

Alumni emcees, Mele Apana and Lina “Lina Girl” Naipo Langi brought tons of laughs with their fun games and activities.
