Senior Real Estate Analyst
Sara Horiuchi provides financial analysis for real estate projections and valuations to help inform Kamehameha Schools’ development plans, identify opportunities for assets reposition, and review joint venture partnerships.
Prior to returning to Hawai‘i to join KS in 2020, Sara worked at Fortbridge Capital Partners in Philadelphia, Pa. Crow Holdings in Dallas, Texas, and Carmel Partners in New York, N.Y., with a focus on multifamily real estate private equity. In her former professional career, Sara worked in investment management at Hall Capital Partners in San Francisco, Calif.
Sara has a deep passion for service and affordable housing. She has served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia and the Southeast Asian Youth Development Center in San Francisco. In her hometown of Honolulu, Sara worked with the Affordable Housing and Economic Development Foundation, a local nonprofit focused on supporting affordable and workforce housing in Hawai‘i.
Sara obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and Master of Business Administration with a major in real estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
In her free time, you can find Sara dancing hula, playing tennis, being active outdoors, or traveling in another country.
