Emily Davids is responsible for managing transactions, master planning, development, and construction of various assets on O‘ahu and Hawai‘i islands.
Prior to joining Kamehameha Schools, Emily served as assistant development manager for Hunt Companies Hawai‘i focusing her time on the development, construction, and disposition of various commerical, residential, and mixed-use projects on all four major Hawaiian islands. She also carries a diverse background in business and real estate law, social economics, and foreign affairs.
Emily is the 2020-2021 Chair of the Urban Land Insitute (ULI) Young Leaders Executive Committee and an active volunteer for ULI UrbanPlan—an educational program for high school and college students on real estate development and land use.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in business with a concentration in sustainability and a certificate in international business from Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz.
In her free time, Emily enjoys sailing, hiking, and being humbled by her skills on the golf course.
