Class schedule After the initial re-introductory period, all students will be on campus every day except for those who opt for full distance learning. After the re-introductory period, all students will be on campus every day except for those who opt for full distance learning. For students who have not opted for full distance learning, expect to be at school five days in every ten day cycle.

Alternate between face-to-face instruction and distance learning.

During scheduled distance learning class time, kumu will be available to students.
Health/temperature screening KS Kapālama will require individual temperature and/or symptom screenings upon the arrival of all students, staff, and visitors to campus.
Cohorting Classroom in groups of 20–24 Pu‘ulu Teams in groups of 80 for core classes See above for 50% density reduction

Face coverings While on campus, face coverings will be required outside unless alone with physical distancing. Face masks AND face shields will be required during classroom instruction during the initial re-introductory period and we will reassess these guidelines at a later date.
Meals Individually packaged meals and beverages will be offered as "grab-n-go" and eaten in designated spaces with physical distancing precautions
Buses Buses will run at 50% capacity and face coverings will be required
Boarding n/a Boarding will reopen to neighbor island seniors only for school year 2020-21. All other boarding students will choose from a menu of specially designed options. Boarding students will continue to work with grade-level VPs (high school) and the Dean of Student Well-Being (middle school) to consider options.
