What an incredible game!

Hoʻomaikaʻi to the KS Hawaiʻi Girls Soccer team on winning a hard fought BIIF DII Championship game last night against a perennially tough HPA squad. The win means back-to-back titles and another #1 seed in the HHSAA State DII tournament, which starts next week.

Hoʻokoa was on display, battling through injuries and coming back from 2-1 deficit in the final minutes and then securing the golden goal in sudden death OT.

The match was televised on Nā Leo TV. Keep a lookout for it on the video on-demand feature on its website.

Next up for the girls will be the winner of next Wednesdayʻs Sacred Hearts/Leilehua first round game in the State tournament on Thursday, Jan. 31.
