Opens April 1, 2024, at 9 a.m. (Hawai‘i time); closes April 15, or as events sell out.

Dorm information

Check in opens: June 4 at Noon | Check out by: June 9 at 8 a.m. | Booking Fees: $75/night (3 night minimum)

Due to limited space, dorms will be available to classes celebrating their 50th Reunion or older (4s and 9s).

  • Dorms are limited to ONE celebrating graduate plus ONE guest.
  • All boarders must sign a WAIVER and RELEASE  form at check in.
  • Minimum three consecutive night stay, with purchase of a minimum of two events.
  • All rooms are furnished with twin size beds. Linens are not provided.
  • Fee is inclusive of breakfast, provided at Kalama Dining Hall. Kalama Dining Hall will remain open for launa after events until 10 p.m.
  • Designated parking for guests staying in dorms, placard must be displayed at all times.
  • Handicap access is limited. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Dorms will be closed during the week to non-boarders except during the evening hours. All dorms will close at 11 p.m. nightly.
  • No children or pets allowed.
  • No amplified music allowed.
  • Guests will be liable for any damage to the rooms and common spaces. If additional cleaning is required, guests will be responsible for those charges.
  • Same cancellation policy as registration applies.
 
‘Āina Kakahiaka: ‘Ōiwi Leaders Series

Cost for breakfast is $12 (Included in Dorm Package). RSVP required. Breakfast service starts with coffee and light pastries, followed by hot breakfast and a guest speaker. Times vary by day. *See the schedule for more information.
