• Literacy Enhancement Program (1,011)
  The primary purpose of this partnership was to establish a strong foundation in literacy during the years of kindergarten through third grade. Realizing that parents play a key role in their child's literacy development, the Literacy Enhancement Program has developed several informational packages for parents to help their child learn to read.
