Koa Reforestation

For a quarter century, Kamehameha Schools' students, staff, and ohana members have been caring for the Kilauea Forest on the slopes of Mauna Loa on the Big Island. Imua tv takes you to this beautiful place where koa trees grow straight and strong, and young Hawaiians take inspiration from the land.
Plotts and Lau

We'll visit with Kamehameha trustees Diane Plotts and Connie Lau, as they reflect on their time at KS and talk about their hopes and dreams for the future.

Moloka`i Watershed Protection

Travel to the island of Molokai, where a simple wire fence brings the community together in an effort to protect and preserve one of the island's most valuable natural resources. We'll also hear from a Moloka`i resident who has one of the most unique jobs in the state.

Kaua`i

The neighborly folks on Kauai have a real island-style way of helping boarders and their parents through the "leaving home jitters." We'll share their story and highlight one of Kamehameha Schools' most precious resources on that island.
Maui

On Maui, Kamehameha seventh graders spend their entire school year learning about Kamehameha the Great and his birthplace, the island of Hawaii. Imua tv follows along as these students travel to Hawaii to walk in Kamehameha's footsteps and get to know their peers at Kamehameha's East Hawaii Campus.
