Ancient fishponds ranked among Hawaiians highest achievements
in technology and resource management, and were a vital part of a
communitys sustenance.
Today, on the island of MolokaI, those same fishponds are being
developed as economic and educational resources for the islands
future, and Kamehameha Schools is an active partner in that effort.

Ali'i Pauahi Foundation
The Ke Alii Pauahi Foundation is new a charitable support organization
for Kamehameha Schools. Established to provide for financial aid and
scholarships to eligible students of Hawaiian ancestry, we visit with
them and learn about their broad range of services.

Champions
With a fiery arm and a potent bat, senior pitching sensation Leo Sing
Chow led the Warrior softball team to a state title and a perfect
17 and 0 season. On the mound, she was 10-0 during the regular season
and 3-0 during the playoffs. Her.442 batting average helped her to
clinch the ILH Most Valuable Player award.
