You probably know Brother Noland as one of Hawaii's most eclectic recording artists. But he's also a teacher and mentor as you'll see in this story. Kalaupapa
During spring vacation, when many students were enjoying a well-deserved break, Kamehameha high school students from the Mau and Kapalama campus reconnected with their faith and an important part of history during a visit to Kalaupapa-the settlement for Hansen's Disease patients on the island of Molokai.

 
         
    Kahuku Telcom Interns
The Career Education and Lifelong Learning department at Kamehameha has created a partnership between the Department of Education and Kamehameha that resulted in an internship program for young Hawaiians on the North Shore of Oahu. Students from Kahuku High School are learning technology skills and are using these skills to tackle a real-world challenge at Hau`ula Elementary School.
 
         
    Outdoor Ed: Makapu`u Rock Climb
The Kapalama Outdoor Education class reaches new heights while rock climbing up the cliffs at Makapu`u. See how students are learning real life lessons while confronting their fears on the face of a cliff. Through this experience students gain trust in each other and confidence within themselves.
