Taro Festival

Kamehameha Schools is a proud sponsor of the Waialua Taro Festival, an effort to encourage farming of one of the mainstays in a Hawaiian diet. This year's festival is sure to be a treat for the entire family.
YCC/Waipa Foundation

The Waipa Foundation of Hanalei Valley and Kamehameha Schools are partnering in restoring the ahupua'a of Waipa as a Hawaiian cultural, community, and learning center. As in years past, this summer they got a helping hand from members of the Youth Conservation Corps.

Lalea

There's a lot going on in the hillside about the Lalea Condominium project in Hawaii Kai. It's all part of an effort to keep Lalea residents safe.

Kamehameha Scholars

Nearly 80 seventh graders from Kaua'i, West Hawai'i, and Leeward Oahu were invited to the Kapalama campus to attend the inaugural Scholars Orientation Program. It was an opportunity for native Hawaiian students to focus on what will be an important part of their educational careers.
Kohala: Land of Kamehameha
