It is important for you to know that the information you provide on the questionnaire to follow is specifically for Kamehameha Schools Direct Mail List purposes and will be used to provide information that is of interest and benefit to you and your family.

Please note that we will send information to you via postal mail or e-mail. By providing your e-mail address, you are agreeing to receive future e-mail communications from Kamehameha Schools.

Your current standing, records or communications with Kamehameha Schools programs, in which your child may be currently enrolled or those to which you may have submitted an application for your child, will not be impacted by signing up or removing yourself from the KS Direct Mail List.

You must be 18 years or older to sign up for the KS Direct Mail List.
