Christopher J. Pating

Chris Pating has assisted education organizations to develop and implement strategic initiatives, processes and systems. Pating has worked with Kamehameha Schools in the past prior to joining the organization on many different projects over the past several years. Most recently, he worked with the Education Group Executives in the development of the Kamehameha Schools Education Strategic Plan.

Prior to joining Kamehameha, Pating headed Andersen’s National K12 Education Consulting Practice and Andersen’s Global Education Industry Team. Upon the acquisition of Andersen by BearingPoint, he served as Senior Executive and Education Lead for the Western Region before leaving to start Pating Company, a consulting firm that specializes in serving large public and private education enterprises.

Chris has joined Kamehameha Schools as the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Implementation. His primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation of the Education Strategic Plan and our on-going organizational strategic planning efforts.
